1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website horizoncleaning.com.au (“Website”) and the services provided by Horizon Cleaning Group Pty Ltd (“Horizon Cleaning”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing our Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Services

Horizon Cleaning provides commercial, residential, and industrial cleaning services across all major cities and states within Australia.
All services, inclusions, and schedules are confirmed directly with clients following an enquiry via phone, email, or online form.

 

3. Quotes and Requests

  • Quotes are free and provided based on information supplied at the time of enquiry.

  • Horizon Cleaning may request additional details or conduct a site visit before finalising a quote.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Contracts and Service Agreements

  • Horizon Cleaning offers no lock-in contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All service arrangements, frequencies, inclusions, and pricing are set out in a separate Service Agreement.

  • Either party may terminate the Service Agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in that agreement.

  • If services are cancelled before completion of a paid or scheduled period, Horizon Cleaning will complete work already covered or charge pro-rata fees as applicable.

 

5. Payments

  • Payments may be made via online banking or direct debit.

  • Payment terms (e.g., 7, 14 or 30 days) will be confirmed within the Service Agreement.

  • Late or overdue payments may result in temporary interruption of services until payment is received.

 

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Since Horizon Cleaning does not use automated bookings or online payments:

  • Cancellations or changes must be made directly with our team via email or phone.

  • Cancellation terms are governed by the individual Service Agreement assigned to each client.

  • Horizon Cleaning reserves the right to charge for work already completed or costs incurred prior to cancellation.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide safe, reasonable access to the property.

  • Disclose any hazards, access restrictions, alarms, pets, security requirements, or building procedures.

  • Ensure utilities required for cleaning (water, electricity, etc.) are available.

Failure to provide safe access may result in a rescheduling fee.

 

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Horizon Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects.

  • Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with evidence.

  • Horizon Cleaning’s total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or as otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

 

9. Insurance

Horizon Cleaning maintains public liability insurance and workers compensation for all staff and contractors.

 

10. Website Use

By using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

  • Copy or redistribute Website content without permission

All website content remains the property of Horizon Cleaning Group Pty Ltd.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how we collect, store, and use personal information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled in NSW courts or tribunals
